Get the installer
After sales open, sign in with the account used for purchase and download the installer from your library.

Install CONTROL DOWN
Run the installer, review the license agreement and complete setup. Note the extension folder shown at the end.

Add the extension
Open your browser’s extension manager, turn on Developer mode and choose “Load unpacked”. Select the installed extension folder.

Connect your CONTROL account
Open the extension, choose whether to stay signed in, and sign in with your purchasing account. Check that the device codes match, approve the connection and confirm it in the program.
This is a manual extension installation, not an automatic browser-store install. Managed work or school PCs may restrict extension installation.

- Desktop Chrome 120+ or compatible Edge. Use a current stable version.
- Storage
- Installer: approximately 156 MB. Allow additional space for installation and video files. Stream processing may need 2–3 times the video size.
- Connection
- Internet access is required for account and purchase verification.
- Not supported
- DRM removal, bypassing access or payment restrictions, live broadcasts, and multi-period DASH streams.
- Compatibility
- Detection and downloading depend on the source website, video format, browser and server response. Universal or permanent site support is not guaranteed.
A few things to know
04 / HELPCan I use my account from the Korean store?
Yes. CONTROL Global uses the same member and purchase records. Use the same email and password. You may need to sign in separately on each website.
Will sharing the installer share my purchase?
No. The program checks purchase access on the server. One account can use one active device at a time; connecting another device releases the previous one.
Can I download any video?
No. Only supported videos that you have permission to save should be downloaded. Viewing, signing in or paying for content does not automatically grant download rights. Do not use the program to bypass protection or access restrictions.
Can I buy it now?
Not yet. This page shows the planned USD price. International payment services, final license terms and refund information will be confirmed before sales open.
How do updates work?
Finish active downloads, run the newer installer, reload the extension in your browser’s extension manager, and refresh open video pages. Purchase access remains linked to your CONTROL account. Update coverage will be described before launch.
